Commons Building

The Commons Building is a historic landmark in the heart of Margaretville, serving as a hub for art, creativity, and community. Inside, you'll find a mix of local businesses, artist studios, and creative spaces, including Bea Ortiz’s art studio, Lisbeth Firman’s studio, Upstate Dispatch, The Artisans Guild—a cooperative shop featuring handmade items from local artists—Honey Bee Herbs, which offers local raw honey, tea blends, and hosts Dominique’s skincare pop-ups with aesthetic services, as well as Main Street Jewelers and a free community giveaway corner.
